NighSense IoT Hub

NighSense IoT-Hub is a portal which enables you to use the LoRaWAN™ backend provided by NighSense Corporation. It is a platform for handling of received data by the gateway(s), and scheduling of downlink data transmissions to sensor nodes.
NighSense IoT-Hub offers customers a web-interface where users, organizations, applications and devices can be managed. For integration with other IoT Platforms, it offers a RESTful and gRPC API's. Fully secure IoT Hub provides bi-directional end-to-end encrypted communication between end nodes and a LoRaWAN™ backend, which collects and allows full cloud and network support.

Web Service

NighSense IoT Hub offers a Web Based Service (built on top of the provided RESTful api). This Web service can be used to manage users, organizations, applications and devices. NighSense IoT Hub dashboard widgets you can easily check the status of your network devices/gateways. You can have real-time charts, action buttons, images and maps with synoptic and location of devices and be notified immediately of any problems or events such as timeouts. User Authorisation & Permissions

NighSense IoT Hub is a multi-tenant platform where each organization or team has access to only their own applications and devices. It is also possible to grant users global admin permissions, make them admin of an organization or assign them view-only permissions within an organization.

Device Management

NighSense IoT Hub Provides ability to register and manage devices. Allows to monitor client-side and provision server-side device attributes. Provides API for server-side applications to send RPC commands to devices and vice-versa.

LoRaWAN™ Private or/and Public LPWAN

NighSense IoT Hub can be used for the development of Public, Private or Combined LoraWAN networks. NighSense provides public gateways/base stations, but also allows their customers to also connect private gateways to increase coverage

LoRaWAN™ Nodes Authentication

NighSense IoT Hub supports Class A and C nodes with Activation-by-Personalization (ABP) or Over-the-Air Activation (OTAA) authentication. AES-128 encryption
